Services
Axis Visuals provides wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, event coverage, corporate videography, brand shoots, and related visual production services. Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon prior to project confirmation.

Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule. Payments once made are subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
In case of cancellation, advance payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Any changes must be communicated in advance and confirmed by Axis Visuals.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, schedules, permissions, and access to venues. Axis Visuals is not liable for delays or limitations caused by venue restrictions, third-party vendors, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery and Revisions
Final edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeline. Minor revisions may be accommodated within reasonable limits. Raw or unedited files are not provided unless agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property
All photographs and videos created by Axis Visuals remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients receive usage rights for personal or business purposes as agreed. Axis Visuals may use project work for portfolio and promotional use unless restricted in writing.

Limitation of Liability
